The "Homa" in HomaCare comes from the Persian god of health, Haoma. He is described in the Zoroastrian religion as not only righteous, but wise and a giver of insight. We thought is was the perfect combination of qualities to represent our company.
The bird in our logo is due to "Homa" also being an alternative spelling of "Huma," a mythical bird in Persian legends and fables that lives its entire life flying high above the earth.
